What does Hargrave & Co. do?
We help construction firms find out, free, whether their past project records could be licensed to independent AI data buyers. Records can include quotes, tenders, specs, SOPs, safety documents, RFIs, site diaries and project emails. If your firm looks like a fit, we point you to the right buyer’s application and help if you get stuck.
Key facts
- Free for the business. Hargrave & Co. never charges the firm.
- Paid by the buyer only. If the business is accepted, the buyer pays Hargrave & Co. a referral fee. If not, nobody pays.
- You keep your originals. The buyer licenses a copy.
- The buyer says it removes personal details, like names, phone numbers and addresses, from the copy.
- Usual fit: construction firms with about 30 or more staff, in the US, Canada, the UK or Australia, with several years of records mostly in English.
- No amounts are quoted and acceptance is not promised. Each buyer makes its own decision.
